Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• If you are late for an appointment, your session might be cut  shortened accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late,  we cannot guarantee your appointment and cancellation fee  may apply.

• Cancellation notice must be provided at least 2 hours in advance.

• For Group of 3 or more, cancellation notice must be provided at  least 24 hours in advance.

• Your credit card information is required to hold your reservation  for group of 3 or more, or when you have record of no-shows or last-minute cancellation.

• A 50% cancellation fee applies for reservations canceled.  This fee goes directly to the therapists who would have provided your reserved services.
